Yesterday I had hives and they were back again today. I am pretty sure they were caused by stress because they were better last night but by morning they were starting again. More Benadryl and going to the gym seemed to calm them down and they haven’t returned.
Tonight at yoga, the instructor talked about listening to your body. That’s when I realized that my hives really were caused by stress. I hope I can recognize when my stress levels rise to the point where I can’t function. That’s when I know I need to just quit, just finish what I am doing and go home or not go to work. That’s my solution. Goodbye hives!
